SCRUM
Scrum is an Agile framework that allows teams to work together to develope a product iterative and incrementally
with very simple but hard to apply rules. The term is named for the scrum (or scrummage) formation in rugby, which
is used to restart the game after an event that causes play to stop, such as an infringement. Scrum begun in 90's and
became the most popular conceptual framework with Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland's
Scrum Guide.
Scrum works on managing projects that has hard to be specified, complex and changeable requirements. Scrum provides simple but important rules for flexible project management instead of giving specific steps to be followed in a project.
The most important outcome of Scrum is bringing out the ‘pain-point’ by making the workflow transparent and motivating the project team for continous improvements.
